At Back to the Office, we want to ensure your workspace is equipped with the best technology. If your electronic equipment isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the electronics you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure the Hardware
Place the item back in its original manufacturer packaging, including all power cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your shipping box, covering any previous tracking barcodes.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
